I know I have posted about this Breathe Respiratory blend before, but it was confirmed to me just how wells it works last night. I have been a little congested and I have a mild case of asthma. I was having a bit of trouble breathing last night. I put a few drops of the blend on my chest and rubbed it in. I also put 3 drops of the blend in my palms and rubbed my hands together. I then cupped my face in my hands and breathed in the blend of oils. After a few minutes of doing this, my sinuses cleared!
Breathe is a blend of oils that have been studied for their abilities to open and soothe the tissues of the respiratory system. The single oils contained in this blend are laurel leaf, peppermint, eucalyptus radiata, melaleuca alternifolia, lemon and ravensara.
Soon, flu and cold season will be upon us. (BOOO!) but I don’t want to be without this during that time. Learn more about the blend here.

Cold & Flu
Breathe is a respiratory support. Apply topically to chest and neck to help clear lungs and sinuses. Diffuse at bedtime for more restful sleep. Apply to chest or bottom of feet for seasonal respiratory discomfort.
I have been using Breathe at nights on my husband to relieve his congestion/sinuses. I will apply 2-3 drops on his chest. It’s working! And I get a better rest because he’s not breathing so weird.
