Ugh. I have been MIA. I’ve had a bout of nausea the past little bit and I have not felt like doing ANYTHING! With the nausea, smells are not appealing to me, especially aromatic essential oils, EXCEPT Peppermint. Peppermint is known to help nausea. I would take a few inhales and it really would help. Or if it got really bad, I would put a drop or two under my nose so I could smell it longer. I have been carrying my peppermint oil with me everywhere. It has been a lifesaver.
I think the nausea is passing, I hope! Because smells have been so sensitive, even the correlation of writing a blog about essential oils have made me sick. Isn’t it weird how the brain works? Well, I have neglected my blog long enough.
